Mountain Sangha Studio offers a variety of series in an effort to be more inclusive of our community. series are typically offered for a set number of weeks, after which they may be offered permanently or rotated with other series types. Below are our current series offerings.

2026 four part Sculpt Series

BOOTY & Legs camp - A six week series with Shanon Farney

Starting this week on Thursday April 2nd @ 630pm NEXT Booty & Legs Camp Scheduled for August 2026

✨ This six part series is focused on sculpting and building the booty you have always wanted. An hour of different sculpting and strength training, Pilates, and HIIT moves to build out that booty. Go from flat to phat booty! We will focus on form and effective exercises that you can do at home too!

✨ Learn how to use Resistance Bands, Kettlebells, and other props for glute strengthening/sculpting
✨ Weight Training and Pilates moves to build glutes and hips
✨ Focus on form and learn how to do these workouts at home

📅 Starting April 2nd, 2026, and recurring every Thursday for six weeks
6:30-730PM

Members can use their class passes or membership codes to book.

Non-member can drop in for $25 a class or sign up for all 6 sessions for $125

Core Sculpt Camp - A six week series with Shanon Farney

✨ This six part series is focused on sculpting and strengthening the core (abs) that you have always wanted. An hour of different sculpting and strength training, Pilates, and HIIT moves to build out your beautiful, strong, and sculpted core. Go from flab to fab! We will focus on form and effective exercises that you can do at home too!

Arms, Chest, and Back Camp - A six week series with Shanon Farney

Starting July, 2026

✨ This six part series is focused on sculpting and strengthening the arms, chest, and back that you have always wanted. Explore the chakras - A seven month series with Tamar Frey & Shanon Farney

Seven Chakras • Seven Month Series — A Chakra Journey

This seven part series is a guided exploration of the seven Chakras, beginning with the Muladhara (Root Chakra) — the foundation of safety, stability, and grounding.

Each 90 minute experience is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and deepen your connection to the body’s energy centers and Chakra system.

Over the course of seven months, we will move upward through all of the seven Chakras, creating space for grounding, creativity, confidence, compassion, expression, intuition, and clarity.
